Job description

About My Solar Claim & The Role

My Solar Claim operates in a niche most companies ignore and homeowners desperately need help with. Hundreds of thousands of homeowners get sold solar systems each year that don't deliver what was promised. Many are stuck in contracts they don't understand, paying more than they expected, with no idea how to get relief.

Because of this, homeowners are fighting to get on our booked-up calendars.

This role exists to connect those homeowners with real solutions using a system that has been proven more than a thousand times. We've proven the niche, validated the demand, and built the process. Leads, tools, scripts, and training are provided. What we need are closers who can execute.

This is a role for people who want to close, earn, and do work that actually matters.

The Money

Mid-tier closers earn $5,000 per week. Top closers have cleared $50,000 in a single month. Bottom performers (less than 6 deals in a month) don't last, and that's by design.

Uncapped commissions. Weekly payouts. No responsibility for lead generation. Your income tracks your performance, period.

Who Thrives Here

This position is for closers who prefer commission-based environments and want a system instead of chaos. People who follow a process and hit numbers.

If you've trained under high-performance closing systems and you're tired of weak leads and broken comp plans, this is your room. Solar experience is not required. Discipline, consistency, and the ability to adapt are.

You'll work with both English and Spanish-speaking homeowners, so fluency in English is required but Spanish is preferred.

What the Opportunity Looks Like

During your first month, you'll work warm inbound leads, qualify homeowners, and book appointments, earning commissions while you learn the system end to end. After you have proven what you can do (could be 1 day, could be 2 weeks), you transition into closing with appointments that we load directly onto your calendar.

Remote role. Full-time required.

Read This Before Applying

This is for grinders who want to prove themselves, advance fast, and build a serious sales career in a niche with an endless runway.

The demand is real. The system is built. Your performance determines your income. If you're not closing, you won't be here long.

Apply now.
