As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video chat with adults experiencing emotional distress.
• Aiding clients in exploring their thoughts and feelings to foster self-understanding and improve relational dynamics.
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify various emotional and mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and stress.
• Designing and executing tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-focused strategies and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal health and coping strategies.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent state license such as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) without limited or provisional status.
• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate our online counseling platform efficiently.

While not mandatory, the successful candidate will exhibit:

• Experience in evaluating and treating various mental health conditions through individual counseling.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth tools and managing virtual client interactions.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, contingent on hours worked and experience. Additionally, we provide:
