• Deliver weekly evidence-based mental health care via live video sessions to individual adult clients.
• Utilize a variety of digital tools, including automatically administered symptom self-assessments, to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow counselors and psychiatric providers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Document all client sessions thoroughly and efficiently using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system that simplifies treatment planning and progress monitoring.
• Participate in weekly live drop-in consultation sessions for continuous support and collaboration with leadership and peers.

Your work will focus predominantly on adult clients, including those who are navigating challenges related to suicidal thoughts and complex mental health disorders. We are dedicated to serving a diverse demographic, ensuring that culturally responsive care is always provided. The ideal candidate will exhibit an openness to work with varied populations and a strong commitment to ethical therapeutic practices.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program is required.
• Must possess independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of one year of independent clinical experience providing therapy to adults.
• Two years of recent experience in applying cognitive behavioral therapy and evidence-based interventions is preferred.
• A demonstrated ability to work with high-risk populations, displaying both sensitivity and expertise.
• Comfort and familiarity with digital tools and platforms to enhance clinical practice.

This role offers a competitive salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
