• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose and understand client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to individual goals, considering developmental stages and family dynamics.
• Work closely with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment methods as necessary, utilizing creative interventions to facilitate achievement and personal growth.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in adherence to company policies, ensuring timely submissions and exceptional organizational skills.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid mental health license, including LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Exceptional organizational skills, essential for timely documentation of client services.
• A commitment to setting and maintaining appropriate boundaries in professional-client relationships.
• Experience in working with a diverse client base, demonstrating cultural competence and empathy.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; experience with Valant is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.

Ideally, candidates will bring additional experience in similar settings, showcasing a depth of understanding in therapeutic practices, evidence-based interventions, and community health engagement. Previous experience in a remote work environment is highly favorable.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
