This full-time position is remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to manage their schedules while working from the comfort of their homes. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of individual clients to identify mental health challenges.
• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client needs, employing evidence-based methodologies.
• Hold regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, fostering an open and safe environment for expression and healing.
• Monitor and document client progress over time, allowing for tailored adjustments in therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions that encourage sharing and peer support among participants.
• Identify and refer clients to additional resources and support networks, ensuring comprehensive care for all aspects of their mental health.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds and cultural settings, which enriches the therapeutic experience. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current and valid LMFT license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Proven experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective therapy and documentation.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is preferred, and certifications in specific practices will be considered an asset.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing therapeutic services.
• Experience working in community health settings is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently in a remote environment.
