Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments by gathering detailed information about clients’ backgrounds, mental health history, and presenting issues to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the needs, goals, and desired outcomes of each client, incorporating various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
  • Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions focused on addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
  • Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and community learning, enabling clients to connect over shared experiences.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients in distress, including safety planning and resource referral as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational requirements, while effectively communicating with other healthcare professionals when needed.
