You will utilize our secure telehealth platform and electronic health records system to document client sessions and maintain confidentiality while providing seamless support to your clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments by gathering detailed information about clients’ backgrounds, mental health history, and presenting issues to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the needs, goals, and desired outcomes of each client, incorporating various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions focused on addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and community learning, enabling clients to connect over shared experiences.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients in distress, including safety planning and resource referral as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational requirements, while effectively communicating with other healthcare professionals when needed.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and cultural competence to ensure respectful and effective communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid LPC license in Pennsylvania, with a commitment to maintaining ongoing licensure and meeting continuing education requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of counseling techniques and approaches, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building and information relay to clients.
• A genuine understanding of and respect for diverse cultural perspectives, ensuring equitable care for all clients.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably providing individual and group therapy.
• Experience with telehealth delivery systems and electronic medical records.
• Background in addressing specific issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence, or trauma-informed care is a plus.
