The Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL) for Digital is responsible for partnering with digital, scientific, and technical teams to drive digital transformation through technology-enabled solutions that improve performance, accelerate growth, and enhance user experience. Apply DBS Innovation and continuous improvement methodologies to solve business challenges, prioritize opportunities, and improve execution through data-driven decision making.

This position reports to the Director of DBS, Innovation and Digital and is part of the integrated Aldevron and IDT DBSL Team located in Fargo, North Dakota and Coralville, Iowa. This position will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Apply DBS Innovation and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities, solve business problems, accelerate growth, and improve execution.

  • Advance the development of Digital roadmaps, project prioritization, visual management systems, and KPI Tracking to accelerate growth initiatives.

  • Drive the identification, development, and deployment of digital solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency to expand digital growth throughout the organization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to evaluate opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Lead and support digital projects that span multiple functions, ensuring alignment of business requirements, technical solutions, and implementation plans.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a scientific or digital discipline (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Software, IT, Computer Science)

  • 7+ years of experience leading business transformation initiatives within complex matrixed organizations.

  • Demonstrated application of DBS or continuous improvement to improve business processes and drive measurable results.

  • Experience partnering with business, scientific, and technical stakeholders to implement technology-enabled solutions and process improvements.

  • Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into scalable digital solutions

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, in alignment with business needs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proven experience deploying enterprise-scale digital platforms, business systems, software applications, or technology-enabled process improvements.

  • Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation technologies, or digital product development to drive business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 - $155,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
