Job description

Global provider of cold chain packaging solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growthacross an East Coast territory. This role will focus on developing new business and expanding existing relationships within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline within Salesforce.
  • Partner with internal technical teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
  • Travel approximately 50% throughout the territory.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, biopharma, clinical supply, or related life sciences organizations.
  • Proven success in a hunter role with responsibility for territory growth and new business development.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience in cold chain packaging, temperature-controlled shipping, pharmaceutical logistics, clinical trial supply, life sciences logistics, or related solutions.
