Accounts are a blend of leading brands and CDMOs in the nutraceutical industry.• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing business and securing new B2B opportunities.• Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and ongoing engagement.• Become a trusted technical advisor by deeply understanding Lycored’s health ingredients and clearly communicating their value, benefits, and applications.• Proactively identify market opportunities and monitor competitive activity.• Manage customer concerns and escalations, working cross-functionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.• Collaborate with the broader sales team and internal departments (R&D, marketing, operations) to deliver exceptional customer experience.• Represent Lycored at trade shows, conferences, and industry events—providing education, and training – while building customer relationships.
