You'll collaborate with a high-performing group of geologists, engineers, and scientists to deliver innovative solutions for clients in the global mining sector-supporting mineral project development in a safe, cost-effective, and responsible manner.

Your Impact
  • Support resource and structural geology projects from early-stage exploration through to resource estimation
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret geological and field data to inform technical assessments and recommendations
  • Develop geological models using industry-standard software to support project delivery
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports, figures, and documentation for clients and regulators
  • Contribute to proposal development and project planning activities
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality work under senior guidance
  • Uphold WSP and client health and safety standards with a strong safety-first mindset

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology
  • Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Geologist (P.Geo.) or Geologist in Training (GIT) in Canada
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in exploration, grade control, or resource evaluation
  • Experience working in consulting or technical services within mining or exploration environments
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to technical mining projects and reports
  • Proficiency with geological data analysis and modeling tools such as Datamine, Vulcan, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, or Global Mapper
  • Strong communication skills, including technical writing and presentations
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally and to remote project locations

Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $69,700 - $92,300
MB & ON: $63,600 - $87,500
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $62,900 - $83,600
