  • A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating a track record of effective client engagement and therapeutic success.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, facilitating efficient and effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Experience with electronic health record documentation and navigating technology to safeguard patient information.
Preferred Experience
  • Advanced training or specializations in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.
  • Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary framework that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
  • Proficiency in conducting telehealth sessions while maintaining the fidelity of therapeutic practices.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive compensation package, reflecting industry standards within the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per annum.
  • Flexible work arrangements that support personal commitments, including options for remote scheduling.
