The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field, alongside appropriate state licensure. This role is predominantly remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that promote a healthy work-life balance. While the majority of client interactions and team meetings occur digitally, there is occasional collaboration with colleagues in our outpatient office to ensure cohesive service delivery. • Conduct thorough individual, group, and family therapy sessions targeting a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational conflicts.
• Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify each client's unique challenges, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and educational personnel to ensure that clients receive comprehensive, integrated care.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic health records (EHR), ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision meetings and engage in ongoing professional education to remain informed of the latest evidence-based practices and ethical standards in mental health counseling.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary and perform risk assessments to prioritize client safety during challenging situations.

• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary framework that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Proficiency in conducting telehealth sessions while maintaining the fidelity of therapeutic practices.
