Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates across multiple job categories.

  • Support employer branding initiatives, job advertisement distribution, and candidate outreach efforts.

  • Create and update job postings for job boards, social media, and ATS platforms (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Develop engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials for both clients and candidates.

  • Track campaign performance and support reporting on lead generation and applicant flow.

Client & Candidate Coordination
  • Serve as a coordination point between recruiters, clients, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.

QualificationsEducation & Experience
