Job description

Civasure is seeking a motivated, self-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our growing disaster preparedness technology platform.

This is a remote, commission-based independent sales opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and developing new business.

What You’ll Do

● Identify and connect with prospective organizations

● Introduce Civasure and our Whole Community Readiness platform

● Schedule qualified presentations with decision-makers

● Develop relationships and new business opportunities

● Assist with moving opportunities through the sales process

● Grow and manage your own pipeline

Company leadership will support qualified presentations and larger opportunities.

Potential Markets

Opportunities exist across multiple sectors, including businesses, residential communities and HOAs, property management, healthcare, education, nonprofit/community organizations, and public-sector organizations.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

● Is comfortable prospecting and initiating conversations

● Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
