ROLE: Controls Engineer (SCADA Design)

Title: Controls Engineer (SCADA Design) – Contract

Duration: Open based on Projects

Location: REMOTE (Onsite on & off 20-25 % travel to MEXICO; otherwise flexible)

Overview

We are seeking someone with strong SCADA Design who can setup VMs, Program Gateway and fully develop SCADA Applications and integrate it with MES/BMS

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and program PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider)
  • Design and implement HMI interfaces for system monitoring and control
  • Integrate sensors and control logic for liquid cooling / leak detection systems
  • Support panel build, testing, and commissioning activities onsite
  • Troubleshoot and optimize control systems

Required Skills

  • Strong PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider Electric)
  • SCADA Design
  • HMI development experience
  • Experience with industrial control panels or test systems
  • Familiarity with I/O systems, sensors, and automation hardware

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cooling systems, CDUs, or fluid systems
  • Commissioning / startup experience
