What You Can Expect

The Business Systems Senior Analyst will gather user requirements and develop business cases for solutions, including ad-hoc analyses and self-service reporting tools by working with cross-functional teams and colleagues in the analytics COE. Conduct ad-hoc and routine analyses with appropriate communication to the users and requestors. Develop a comprehensive suite of standard and ad-hoc reports to support brand performance assessments/ reports at the territory, region and brand levels. Collaborate with IT team to develop an efficient automated system to deliver reports seamlessly and efficiently to the users. Develop report mock-ups and data visualizations leading to better understanding on business problems and analytical insights. Uncover commercial opportunities/ challenges at the territory, region and brand levels. Identify opportunities to improve the information delivery mechanisms through improved processes or application of superior technology. Collaborate with advanced data science, data quality, market research and other Analytics teams to deliver comprehensive analytical solutions to the businesses. Drive continued improvement of data quality management of the reporting systems used by Data and Analytics. Work closely with IT to ensure systems and technology roadmaps for analytic tools, processes and structures are aligned. Adopt advanced IT technologies and software solutions that are available in the market to perform highly technical simulations and analyses with the purpose of finding the answers that will best fit the ever-changing business models and processes.
