• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs, capacities, and behaviors through structured interviews and direct observation, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate medical, psychological, and social information, ensuring all interventions (including therapy, psychoeducation, skill training, and crisis intervention) are appropriately tailored.
• Establish both short- and long-term treatment objectives in collaboration with patients, emphasizing measurable outcomes and continual reassessment.
• Facilitate therapeutic conversations to help patients explore feelings and behaviors that impact their mental health.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary, leveraging a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and coping with chronic pain.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical services, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Provide interdisciplinary consultations, offering insights on potential psychosocial issues impacting patient care while collaborating with colleagues to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Stay informed of legal and professional requirements by reviewing changing regulations, ensuring adherence within practice, and advising leadership on necessary adaptations.
• Promote a safe and clean virtual work environment by maintaining compliance with established procedures and fostering a culture of respect and accountability.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization and its patients.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist at Savas Health, you will serve a diverse patient population, including adults and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clientele often includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and coping with chronic health conditions. • A valid California LMFT license is required to apply.
• At least three years of direct experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential for documentation and communication.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our diverse patient base.

• Experience working within a community health setting or similar environments that emphasize integrative care.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices, especially in providing remote therapy sessions effectively.
• Prior experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and tools.
