Why NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture:
At NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, we are redefining the future of business through the power of AI and groundbreaking technologies like Agentforce. As a trusted leader in AI, AWS, and Salesforce innovation, we craft intelligent solutions-integrating Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, Agentforce and more-to revolutionize workflows, elevate customer experiences, and deliver tangible results. From conversational AI to predictive analytics, we empower organizations to stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape with cutting-edge, tailored strategies.
We are proud to be creating the future of generative AI and AI agents. Salesforce has launched Agentforce, and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, was selected as the only partner for the private beta prior to launch. Post-launch, we've earned the distinction of being Salesforce's #1 partner for Agentforce, reinforcing our role as pioneers in this transformative space.
Be part of the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture journey and help shape the next wave of AI-powered transformation. Here, you'll collaborate with trailblazing experts who are passionate about pushing boundaries and leveraging technologies like Agentforce to create impactful customer outcomes. Whether you're developing advanced AI-powered bots, streamlining business operations, or building solutions using the latest generative AI technologies, your work will drive innovation at scale. If you're ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is the place for you.
Marketing Cloud Next Practice Lead
NeuraFlash is seeking a Marketing Cloud Next Practice Lead to build and scale our Marketing Cloud Next practice from the ground up. As the go-to AI partner of Salesforce and the #1 Agentforce partner, NeuraFlash is uniquely positioned to own the Marketing Cloud Next market as it emerges as the next generation of agentic, AI-powered marketing. This role will lead that charge, positioning NeuraFlash as the leading partner in helping customers unify data, orchestrate journeys, and deploy AI agents across the marketing lifecycle.
This role reports to NeuraFlash's CTO's organization.
As Marketing Cloud Next Practice Lead, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Build, grow, and manage NeuraFlash's Marketing Cloud Next practice from the ground up, including offerings, methodology, and delivery frameworks
  • Lead, recruit, and develop the Marketing Cloud Next delivery team, including headcount planning, capacity management, resource skill identification, and talent recruitment
  • Partner with Product and Marketing leadership to create re-usable assets, accelerators, and industry-specific solution packages for Marketing Cloud Next
  • Create and expand our Marketing Cloud Next go-to-market plan, packaging, and pricing, and enable our sales and delivery teams to sell effectively
  • Work hand-in-hand with our CEO, Sales team, and Salesforce practice leadership on pre-sales activities to execute go-to-market strategy
  • Build and leverage your Salesforce network to drive incremental pipeline, partnering with SVPs and Account Executives to identify Marketing Cloud Next opportunities in their accounts
  • Serve as the subject matter expert during discovery, translating complex technical capabilities (e.g., AI agents, real-time data unification, journey orchestration) into tangible business outcomes for prospects
  • Lead discovery and business process workshops during NeuraFlash engagements, extracting key business requirements and success criteria
  • Support the Solution Engineering and Sales teams during the estimation process to ensure accuracy of proposals, resourcing, and competitive pricing to increase win-rate
  • Develop competitive analysis and point-of-view on Marketing Cloud Next's value and advantages relative to competing platforms
  • Perform as a senior member of our delivery teams, working alongside project managers and solution architects through all phases of key account projects
  • Act as executive sponsor on Marketing Cloud Next engagements, staying involved through solutioning, execution, and go-live to ensure strong customer outcomes and CSAT
  • Drive continued adoption post-go-live and identify opportunities for expansion, renewals, and managed services hand-off
  • Be NeuraFlash's thought leader and spokesperson in the Salesforce ecosystem on Marketing Cloud Next
  • Continuously compile new industry trends and create awareness across the practice and NeuraFlash leadership
  • Quickly acquire new technical expertise on the latest Marketing Cloud Next features and partner with Sales Operations and Learning & Development to develop enablement content to train the wider organization as required
  • Bring industry best practices to pre-sales and project engagements, and contribute to customer references and case studies
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Next, Marketing Cloud Engagement, or Account Engagement)
  • 5+ years of consulting experience at an executive support level
  • Deep understanding of AI-driven marketing capabilities (e.g., agentic journeys, real-time personalization, Data Cloud integration) and how they transform the marketing landscape
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; a driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) preferred
  • Willing to travel as needed to support customer and sales engagements

And while we work hard, we don't forget to slow down and celebrate the big things and the small things together.
