Job description

Global Life Sciences company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across an East Coast territory. This role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution selling through close, selling cold chain packaging solutions to pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences customers throughout the East Coast territory.
  • Sell to new customers while growing and strengthening existing customer relationships through effective management of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders, including procurement, engineering, operations, and prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline within Salesforce, balancing both new business development and existing account expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions and support long-term account growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within life sciences.
  • Possess a strong hunter mentality, with proven experience independently building and managing a territory while successfully growing and retaining an existing customer base.
  • Experience selling both product and consultative solutions.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 50% to customer sites, corporate engagements, etc.
  • Cold chain, temperature-controlled packaging, or life sciences industry experience preferred.
