Your work will ensure Salesforce and related systems operateas a cohesive platform that supports scalable growth, operational efficiency, and a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.

This role reports to theChief Operating Officerand partners closely with engineering and operations leadership.

  • Own the Salesforce platform roadmap supportingservicing,collectionsand underwritingworkflows
  • Partner with engineering leadership to improve Salesforce data models, objects, and system integrations
  • Translate operational and underwriting needs into clear product requirements and development priorities
