Job description

Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Cloud Consultant with an active Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) Consultant certification. You will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions for mission-driven organizations-translating business requirements into scalable implementations that drive efficiency and deepen constituent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Nonprofit Cloud implementations: discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce SME on engagements, advising on fundraising, program management, case management, and constituent engagement
  • Configure Donor Management, Gift Entry, Fund Accounting, Program & Benefit Management, and Outcome Tracking
  • Design automation workflows (Flows), reports, and dashboards tailored to nonprofit operations
  • Plan and execute data migrations from legacy systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, EveryAction, Bloomerang)
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials
  • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and QA to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Required Qualifications
  • Active Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (NPC) and Administrator certifications
  • 3+ years implementing Salesforce solutions; 2+ years focused on nonprofit or public-sector clients
  • Deep knowledge of Nonprofit Cloud data model, automation, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Page Layouts, and Custom Objects
  • Strong data migration experience with tools such as Data Loader or Dataloader.io
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional certs: Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Consultant
  • Integration experience with MuleSoft, Zapier, or REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement for nonprofit communications
  • Agile or hybrid delivery methodology background
