Visa Type: USC / GC Only
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ 3+ years of experience in SaaS platform administration, enterprise tool management, IT service management, or a related enablement role
✔ Strong technical proficiency with AI/LLM platforms, document automation tools, SSO/SCIM provisioning, and API integrations
✔ Experience managing enterprise AI platforms and SaaS applications in production environments
✔ Strong understanding of professional services delivery methodology and consultant engagement lifecycle
✔ Hands-on experience troubleshooting platform issues and coordinating with engineering, vendors, and business teams
✔ Experience creating user guides, training materials, video walkthroughs, and self-service documentation
✔ Strong knowledge of platform enablement, user onboarding, and adoption best practices
✔ Ability to communicate technical platform concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
✔ Experience measuring platform adoption, user engagement, and business value using data-driven metrics
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
