Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and establish baseline data.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals and therapeutic progress.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing solution-focused approaches and incorporating various therapeutic techniques as appropriate.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients no matter their circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention services promptly, demonstrating quick and effective response strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our clinical team, you will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Our aim is to empower clients to effect positive change in their lives, and your expertise will be instrumental in guiding them through their therapeutic journey. Each therapist plays a vital role in fostering a healing relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a full caseload efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, all committed professionals are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience working with diverse populations will be advantageous.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
