Position Overview

Prime Cure Internal Wellness Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality mental health support to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of psychological concerns. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and challenges, enhancing the initiation of tailored therapeutic interventions.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based treatment methodologies to promote emotional health.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaboratively setting clear, achievable goals with clients.
  • Employ various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed practices to support healing.
  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
  • Perform crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, assuring client safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions, enhancing the therapeutic experience while promoting community and shared growth.
