• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions virtually or in-home, targeting specific behavioral concerns.
• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques focusing on anger management, coping strategies, and social skills development to mitigate high-risk behaviors such as self-injurious behavior (SIB) or physical aggression.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers to enhance decision-making skills related to behavioral challenges in the home environment.
• Engage with the Child Family Treatment Team and other multidisciplinary professionals to create comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all therapy sessions, intake evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in regular case meetings to share insights and strategies that contribute to client care and therapy outcomes.

You will focus on working with a diverse population of children aged 3 to 20 who are facing developmental and intellectual challenges. The role involves providing critical in-community therapy that helps these youngsters improve their emotional regulation, social engagement, and overall well-being. Your contributions will empower families to support their children's unique needs and foster meaningful development.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely-related field is mandatory.
• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to clients' homes.
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive criminal background check, including fingerprinting, to ensure the safety of our clients.

• Experience with positive behavior support strategies is highly desirable.
• Previous work with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) is preferred.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and availability for after-school hours (4-7 pm) to best meet client needs.

Compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, aligning with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
