Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to drive the development of a next‑generation AI‑powered governance and data platform.
This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and is excited by the opportunity to influence architecture, strategy, and engineering culture.

You will lead the design and implementation of backend systems, data pipelines, and AI/ML integrations while collaborating closely with product, data, and leadership teams. This is a hands‑on leadership role with significant autonomy and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend services, APIs, and data‑driven systems

  • Architect and implement scalable data pipelines, integrations, and storage solutions
