Job description

Developer 4

Consultant will be responsible for development (expansion) and maintenance, optimization, modification of existing Angular web applications that also leverage Python and SQL code to interact and transform data in PostgreSQL and Oracle databases. Furthermore, the role includes planning of software solutions, determination of development time, coordination of releases with rest of the team, and effective use of Azure DevOps.

Core hours 9am-3pm Central time, otherwise flexible work hours.

Remote work location possible but co-location to Peoria, IL preferred but not required.

Minimum four year College or University degree in Data Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.

Min 1 year professional (internship excluded) experience in software development.

2 years experience with Angular, Typescript, and proficiency with SQL and Python.

Working experience with .NET and/or C# and exposure to stochastic process modeling is a plus (not required).

Candidates must have adequate communication skills.

Candidate must be able to collaboration with process partners to share information and solve problems.

Attention to detail.

Experience working in teams.

Required Skills: Angular, Azure.
