Join a fully remote engineering team building scalable backend solutions for modern cloud-based applications. In this role, you will design and develop robust APIs, microservices, and integrations that power high-performance software systems. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers throughout the full software development lifecycle, contributing to architecture, implementation, testing, and production releases. Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Ruby on Rails.

  • Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails.

  • Strong experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Familiarity with scalable application architectures and microservices.
  • Experience writing unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, and backend development best practices.
