Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong technical background in ServiceNow development, software engineering, and scripting-along with experience using low-code/no-code tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, scripts, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance of implementations.
  • Utilize UI Builder, Service Portal, Creator Studio, and App Engine Studio for rapid development and prototyping.
  • Establish and follow best practices for ServiceNow configuration, customization, and data/process security.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and features, recommending process improvements where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proven experience implementing or customizing ServiceNow CSM,FSM, and SOM.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow domain separation and security.
  • Solid background in software development with expertise in:
  • Client-callable and server-side scripting
  • JavaScript (Rhino engine), AngularJS, jQuery, Node.js, HTML/CSS, Apache Jelly, and Groovy
  • Proficiency in developing Service Portal widgets and complex workflows.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools, especially Creator Studio and App Engine Studio.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, web technologies, and data structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Hub and ServiceNow CIS in FSM and CSM and CAD (Developer) is required.
