Job Title: Systems Analyst III (Senior MDM Administrator/Developer)

Location: Texas (Remote - Candidates must currently reside in Texas)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Contract Extension: Up to 3 Additional One-Year Renewals


Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MDM Administrator/Developer to support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within a large and complex data environment. This role serves as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping establish and maintain accurate client and provider identity management solutions that support analytics, reporting, data governance, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, data profiling, identity resolution, and enterprise data integration, along with strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.


Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Data Management & Identity Resolution
  • Design, develop, administer, and support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Manage client and provider identity matching, crosswalks, and identity resolution processes.
  • Analyze and profile complex data sources to improve data quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain identity management frameworks supporting enterprise analytics.
Business & Technical Liaison
  • Collaborate with business users, project teams, and subject matter experts to understand data identity requirements.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.
  • Facilitate discussions between technical and operational stakeholders regarding data integration and identity management strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Extract, integrate, analyze, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Support reporting, analytics, and visualization initiatives through accurate master data management.
  • Develop and validate identity resolution methodologies for enterprise reporting and analytical solutions.
Data Governance & Quality
  • Support enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and develop remediation strategies.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
  • Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials related to master data management.
  • Conduct training sessions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote adoption of MDM best practices and data-driven decision-making.
AI & Data Enablement
  • Develop and refine AI prompts and query strategies to support data discovery and identity analysis.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs and identify inaccuracies or data quality concerns.
  • Create reusable prompt libraries and templates for common data identity use cases.

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter
  • 10+ years of experience with Informatica MDM or similar Master Data Management platforms
  • 10+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolution requirements into actionable solutions
  • 8+ years of experience:
    • SQL Development
    • Data Profiling
    • Data Analysis
    • Data Manipulation
    • Identity Resolution
  • 8+ years of experience collaborating with business users, analysts, and IT teams on identity management strategies and analytics initiatives
