The Appointment Setter plays a vital role in supporting clients with setting up appointments for policy reviews. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal team members to ensure timely follow-up, excellent communication, and smooth operational flow. This is a non-sales, client-support role focused on high-quality service and task execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule client appointments for policy reviews, renewals, or service needs using internal scheduling tools
- Manage the team’s shared calendar to ensure accurate and efficient time management
- Document all client interactions, scheduling updates, and notes in the agency management system
- Collaborate with team members to route service tasks appropriately
- Ensure a positive and supportive experience for each client interaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (insurance industry preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with scheduling systems and/or agency management platforms
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
