• Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurately diagnose a range of mental health conditions in both adults and adolescents.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Engage with an integrated care team involving case managers and psychiatrists to improve patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain meticulous, organized, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage your scheduling effectively to accommodate therapy sessions while ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights with colleagues.

You will primarily work with a diverse demographic of clients, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our holistic approach allows you to tailor treatment plans that address both the psychological and emotional needs of your clients, promoting their overall well-being and resilience.

• A valid California state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required.
• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Proficient in managing telehealth systems and maintaining documentation in electronic health record (EHR) platforms.

• At least two years of experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy is preferred, providing valuable insights into diagnosing and treating diverse client profiles.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is advantageous.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting or in teletherapy may give you an edge in managing virtual sessions effectively.

Flourish Together, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
