Job description

We're seeking dedicated independent contractors to join as Roadside Assistance Technicians on a 1099 basis. Provide on-the-road support, including lockouts, jumpstarts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries only. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a passion for helping drivers, and are committed to reliable performance, apply now. Note: This is a fully independent role—you must supply your own tools, vehicles, equipment, and any other necessary items. We do not provide anything.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls efficiently and safely.

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles (e.g., batteries, flats, fuel delivery).

• Maintain your own equipment and vehicles to high standards.

• Ensure excellent customer service and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive repair or roadside assistance.

• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts if desired, including nights/weekends—dedication and reliability are essential.

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.

• Must provide your own tools, vehicle, and all equipment—no supplies provided.

Tools Needed

• 2 Ton+ Floor Jack

• Impact Sockets

• Breaker Bar/Impact Wrench

• Mallet/Hammer

• Jump Box (must be 1000 amps)

• Lockout Kit

• 1 Gallon Gas Can

• 12v Tire Inflator

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hybrid/EV vehicles.
