• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's unique circumstances and treatment goals.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral strategies.
• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate assessments and treatment progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Our clinic serves diverse populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. As an LCSW, you will engage with patients from all walks of life, including children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring interventions to each demographic's cultural and emotional needs. Your expertise will be vital in helping our clients navigate complex mental health challenges, promoting resilience and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, allowing you to connect effectively with clients and collaborate with peers.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on outpatient mental health care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to document patient care efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience in working with diverse client populations and understanding the importance of cultural competence in mental health.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
