Job description

Outside Medical Sales Representative — Dallas/Fort Worth

Ready to build a territory, not just inherit one?

Lytle Medical is growing in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, and we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who wants to make an impact.

This is an opportunity to build relationships with physicians and clinicians while representing medical technologies that help improve the lives of patients living with Lymphedema, Peripheral Vascular Disease, and Nonunion Bone Fractures.

We're especially excited about candidates who want the challenge of developing a market, creating new referral relationships, and helping expand access to innovative treatment options for underserved patient populations.

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex

Structure: Remote / field-based

Territory: Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas

Educating physicians, therapists and other clinicians on treatment options for Lymphedema, Peripheral Vascular Disease and Nonunion Bone Fractures

Working directly with patients, including measurements, education and product demonstrations

Conducting in-home patient demonstrations when needed

Developing and executing territory sales strategies

Collaborating with our sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex

Ability to travel throughout the territory

Strong communication, organization and time-management skills

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

We’ll consider candidates from several backgrounds, including:

2+ years of patient-facing clinical experience

High-potential entry-level candidates with a strong track record of achievement and a desire to build a career in medical sales

Preferred:Outside sales experience

Experience conducting in-person product demonstrations

Demonstrated success working with physicians, clinicians and/or patients

The Person Who Will Thrive Here

You’re a self-starter. You don’t need someone telling you what to do next.

You’re comfortable walking into a new office, starting a conversation, building a relationship and earning trust.

You’re competitive enough to want to win, but understand that in healthcare, the patient comes first.

And you’re excited by the opportunity to build a territory and help bring meaningful treatment options to patients who need them.

If that sounds like you, we’d like to talk.

Apply today or share this opportunity with someone who should be in medical sales.
