• Conduct virtual assessments to comprehensively understand client needs and develop tailored, individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate actively with clients in setting achievable goals, continuously monitoring their progress and modifying treatment plans effectively as needed.
• Utilize teletherapy options to facilitate accessibility, allowing clients to receive care in comfortable settings that suit their individual circumstances.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to meet ethical and professional standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of emerging therapeutic practices and methodologies.

The clients you will serve are pre-screened, stable, and often present with low-level acuity issues. • A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant mental health discipline is required.
• Active licensure in Tennessee as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with a clear and unblemished record is mandatory.
• Demonstrated clinical experience of 2–3 years, showcasing exceptional case management and communication skills is essential.

• Experience with telehealth platforms is preferred to ensure a smooth transition into the remote therapy setting.
• Familiarity with collaborative goal-setting and outcome tracking methods is beneficial, enhancing client engagement and effectiveness in treatment.
