• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine clients' mental health needs, establishing a foundation for effective treatment planning.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to address the unique challenges and goals of each client.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions that promote healing and foster personal growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure holistic care for all clients.
• Provide guidance and support to clients' families, helping them navigate the healing process and enhance their relational dynamics.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including those related to family dynamics, communication issues, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will assist in addressing complex emotional and psychological aspects of individuals and families, promoting healthier interactions and a more fulfilling family life.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, allowing you to connect with clients from all walks of life.
• Effective organizational and administrative skills to manage caseloads and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Experience working with couples and families, particularly in challenges related to addiction or trauma.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient services, is highly advantageous.
