• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, taking into account each patient's unique medical and psychological conditions that affect their well-being.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate both psychiatric and medical care, ensuring holistic support based on clinical best practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods to foster personal growth and emotional healing.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse group of clients who face a range of challenges from psychological distress to complex medical conditions. • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in New York State.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with patients.
• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines to ensure effective counseling practices.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and basic computer applications to efficiently manage patient data and documentation.

• Experience working with patients who have co-occurring medical conditions, preferably in an outpatient or integrated care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a collective approach to patient care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application in both individual and group therapies.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
