Driscoll Psychological and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position available in a remote work setting, focusing on delivering high-quality mental health services through telehealth. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments through a variety of methods, such as psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to gather comprehensive insights into the patient’s condition.
• Work collaboratively with patients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, clinical goals, and cultural considerations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group settings.
• Deliver crisis intervention services and build connections with other healthcare professionals to establish a cohesive care environment, particularly for patients experiencing acute distress.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation by maintaining up-to-date progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulations.
• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care for our diverse client base.
• Perform regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness and make data-informed adjustments to improve patient outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to continually enhance clinical practices and patient care.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of all patient information at all times.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of meaningful rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical mental health setting, serving a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems is a plus.
• Expertise in the application of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000 per annum, influenced by geographic location, previous work experience, educational background, and individual skill level.
