Project Manager (RFP/FPA)
Pride Health is hiring a Project Manager to support one of our healthcare clients.
This is a 6+ month remote contract opportunity with the possibility of extension

Job Title: Project Manager – Financial Planning & Budgeting System
Location: Remote
Pay range: $44 - $46 per hour on W2
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic financial planning and budgeting system initiative. The Project Manager will coordinate the RFP process with a minimum of three vendors, facilitate vendor evaluation and finalist selection, and manage implementation planning and coordination for the selected solution.
The role will coordinate across Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Contracts, IT, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience along with knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, accounting processes, and financial system integrations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of professional project management experience.
  • Experience managing projects involving business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating RFPs, vendor evaluations, procurement, or competitive selection processes.
  • Strong project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, accounting, or financial systems.
  • Understanding of budget and financial data flow between planning/budgeting systems and general ledger systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or performance management system implementations.
  • Healthcare finance or complex healthcare organization experience.
  • Experience with ERP, general ledger, financial reporting, or enterprise financial systems.
  • Experience working with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams.
  • Experience managing software/vendor selection processes.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
