You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, engaging with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to provide holistic care tailored to each patient's needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to identify patient needs.
• Collaborate with patients to create customized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various modalities including individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless treatment for patients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, ensuring all records comply with clinic policies and legal regulations, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with strategies to manage mental health issues effectively.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care, actively participating in team meetings to discuss patient progress and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Conduct regular assessments to measure treatment efficacy and make data-informed adjustments to improve patient outcomes.
• Stay informed on current research, best practices, and innovations in mental health treatments to continually enhance clinical efficacy.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of patient information in all interactions.

You will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification, addressing their psychological and emotional needs while navigating their recovery process. Our patient demographic includes diverse backgrounds and experiences, necessitating a culturally competent approach to care that respects and values the individuality of each person. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience working in a detox or substance use treatment setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and a history of applying them in practice.

The competitive annual salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with your experience, education, and skills. Additional benefits include:
