• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine mental health needs and develop personalized, solution-based treatment plans for each client.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on client preferences and presenting issues.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation as per HIPAA regulations, ensuring all records are up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and consistent care, attending regular team meetings and consultations.
• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community services.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic practice.
• Manage a full caseload effectively, tracking progress towards treatment goals while upholding ethical standards established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is essential.
