In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for a diverse client demographic.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge of the latest advancements in mental health.

Your role will focus on providing support to individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients often come from backgrounds with limited access to traditional mental health services, making your expertise and compassion invaluable in guiding them toward better mental health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of clientele.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.
