• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using telehealth platforms to facilitate effective communication and engagement.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, assessing progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff, to design comprehensive intervention strategies.
• Track and evaluate client outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of treatment and provide feedback to the clients and the care team.
• Guide family members and caregivers on managing behavioral challenges while empowering them with resources and strategies to support recovery.
• Utilize tools and methodologies specific to the mental health field to ensure evidence-based practice and client safety.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our patients come from various backgrounds and present a range of needs; therefore, your warm, inclusive approach will be vital in building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling and therapy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
