• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving client well-being, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation as required by licensing and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, nurses, and support staff, to provide holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and empower them with coping strategies.

The clients you will be serving come from varied backgrounds and face diverse challenges, including trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and depression. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical theories and practices.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Connecticut, allowing you to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally within an outpatient mental health setting or community clinic.
