Job description

Allara is a comprehensive womenโ€™s health provider that specializes in expert, longitudinal care that supports women through every life stage. Trusted by over 60,000 women nationwide, Allara makes expert healthcare accessible by connecting patients with multidisciplinary care teams that have a deep understanding of hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care. Allara provides ongoing support for hormonal conditions like PCOS, chronic conditions like insulin resistance, and life stages like perimenopause, helping patients see improved health outcomes. As one of the fastest-growing womenโ€™s health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced APRN Recruiter to lead full-cycle, in-house recruitment and help scale our growing network of providers across the U.S. In this role, you'll manage the entire clinical hiring process, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and handoff to onboarding, while ensuring a white-glove candidate experience.

A key part of this role is understanding the regulatory landscape governing APRN practice across states. You don't need to manage supervision agreements yourself; our Practice Ops team handles that, but you do need to understand/follow how practice authority tiers, collaborative agreements, and prescriptive authority rules affect candidate eligibility, onboarding timelines, and the questions APRNs will ask you. Candidates will expect you to speak their language.

As a start-up, we're fast-moving and evolving, so you'll need to be comfortable with change, highly resourceful, and proactive in building a strong pipeline of exceptional clinical talent. If you're scrappy, strategic, and passionate about connecting top APRNs with a mission-driven company, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S.

Your Impact

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for APRN and clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier APRN talent, WHNPs, FNPs, CNMs, and others using clinical networks, referrals, and outbound outreach.

  • Understand & follow APRN practice authority by state, full practice authority (FPA), reduced practice, and restricted practice, so you can accurately represent what practicing at Allara looks like in each state and answer candidate questions with confidence.

  • Leverage Allara's employer brand to position us as a leading destination for women's healthcare APRNs.

  • Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and pipeline organization within Ashby (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

  • Partner closely with hiring leaders and clinical operations to align recruitment with state expansion plans and supervision infrastructure.

  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects Allara's mission and values.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them throughout the hiring journey.

  • Ensure robust pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Talent team to ensure hiring coverage, alignment, and seamless handoffs.

  • Monitor and report on hiring metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay informed on changes to APRN scope of practice legislation and telehealth-specific prescribing rules across our operating states.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of clinical recruitment experience, with a demonstrated ability to hire licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., APRNs) across multiple states.

  • Must have telehealth recruitment experience, with a clear understanding of remote clinical workflows and licensing nuances across states.

  • Must have start-up experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

  • Familiarity with APRN practice authority and supervision requirements across multiple states, you don't need to be a compliance expert, but you need to understand the landscape well enough to recruit and communicate effectively.

  • Expert sourcing skills, you know how to go beyond job boards to uncover and engage top clinical talent.

  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, you see gaps and take initiative to close them.

  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder who can engage candidates with authenticity and care.

  • Passionate about womenโ€™s health and excited to contribute to a mission-driven clinical workforce.

  • Data-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuously improving recruitment outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Ashby (ATS), with a focus on accuracy, pipeline management, and reporting - Strongly preferred.
