Job description


Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a short-term Registered Nurse Disease Managers (RNDM). These is completely remote positions, working entirely from the Nurse's home, however, its an 8 week assignement, that could lead to a longer assignement. The Nurse will be performing assessments, education and training to coordinate care for the dependents of our Nation's Active Duty and eligible retirees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Nursing Degree
  • Hawaii state license and its preferred to have an additional state nurse license, preferably compact state licensure, but not required.
  • At least 2 years' experience working as an RNDM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment with Behavioral Health Experience strongly preferred.
  • Preferred: Possess current certification in disease-management related area such as:
    • Chronic Care Professional (CCP) by Health Sciences Institute
    • Certified Health Coach (CHC) by National Society of Health Coaches
    • Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) by National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators
    • Certified Asthma Educator (AE-C) by National Asthma Educator Certification Board
  • Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.
  • Must have access to secure, high speed internet.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • No nights and weekends
  • 8 hours a day

Salary Range: $85k - $90K
