Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Arkansas | Remote | Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position

We're hiring an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC to provide therapy to clients across Arkansas by telehealth. The position involves a steady schedule of client appointments and the clinical responsibilities that come with managing ongoing care. You'll work with clients at different stages of treatment and use your professional judgment to determine the best way to approach each case. Administrative and documentation requirements are part of the role, but the primary focus is direct clinical work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a scheduled caseload of telehealth clients
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions and provide appropriate clinical interventions
  • Work with clients to identify concerns and establish treatment priorities
  • Address mental health, behavioral, relationship, and adjustment-related concerns within your scope of practice
  • Determine when treatment goals or approaches need to change
  • Complete required assessments, notes, and clinical records
  • Take appropriate action when safety or crisis concerns arise
  • Participate in case consultation when additional clinical input is needed
  • Follow Arkansas licensing requirements, HIPAA, and applicable professional standards

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related clinical field
  • Current Arkansas LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
  • Prior experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services
  • Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively in a virtual setting
  • Strong clinical decision-making and case management skills
  • Consistent attention to documentation and follow-through
