• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that meet each client's individual needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, honoring legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying abreast of emerging trends and research in the mental health field.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

Our competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year reflects our commitment to valuing our team members.
