• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, and develop effective, personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic approaches, tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate remote therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility for clients in various circumstances, including those with mobility limitations or residing in remote areas.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards through accurate, timely documentation and record-keeping of all client interactions and treatment plans.
• Engage in professional development opportunities by attending workshops, seminars, and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about emerging practices in mental health.

As a member of the Allegany Wellness Clinic team, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. • A current and valid license in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and complete administrative tasks efficiently.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or private practice setting.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology and platforms for remote therapy delivery.
• Experience in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as trauma-informed care or solution-focused therapy, is a plus.
