• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy techniques, to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to provide holistic care and share insights on patient progress.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to continuous improvement in care quality and team cohesion.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and coping strategies, empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.
• Stay informed about emerging research and clinical practices in mental health to enhance treatment outcomes for your clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may present with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Your expertise in solution-focused practices will play a pivotal role in addressing the specific needs of each individual and fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages recovery and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a demonstrated focus on psychotherapy.
• Strong proficiencies in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

While a minimum of two years in clinical practice is required, candidates with three or more years of experience in psychotherapy are strongly preferred. Experience working in diverse community settings and utilizing telehealth platforms will be regarded as advantageous.
